Mr. Cooper is a lifelong entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience spanning the energy, financial, and venture capital sectors, he has held leadership roles in both privately and publicly held organizations—from early-stage ventures to multi-billion-dollar international enterprises. His expertise encompasses energy services, renewable energy, energy efficiency, financial operations, and strategic business development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Cooper has successfully led organizations through rapid growth, market transition, and operational restructuring. He has also executed strategic transactions, including the sale of a renewable energy company to private equity, demonstrating his ability to build, scale, and realize value in complex markets. As a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), he integrates technical acumen with strategic insight to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainable performance across the energy sector.
